1 Boxercise - Boxing FUNdamental's and fitness (class led by life and vitality)

Boxing FUNdamental's and fitness is a new exciting none contact class led by life and vitality, the class combines all the benefits of boxing without the bruises!
Who would attend the class?
The class will be catered for all ability, experience and fitness levels so weather your a boxer looking for a fun injury free way of progressing fitness whilst remaining functional or someone looking for a new way of burning calories the class with suit your needs!
The class will teach the fundamentals of boxing through fitness but if you require more advaned training all drills can be altered accordingly!

starting on the 15th January 2018 will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:30

2 Circuit training - strikecon (class led by life and vitality)

Strikecon is the ultimate class for fighters and fitness fiends alike!
The class will push your mental and aerobic threshold like a kickboxing bout, as with
'Boxing FUNdamental's and fitness' strikecon is a none contact class that attacks every muscle group in a safe fun environment.
The content of the class will be kickboxing movements applied in a circuit training class, via a combination of pad work, calesthenics and resistance training.
*Both classes can be altered to suit all abilities, fitness levels and goals*
